Who it's for

Experienced and curious couples who want a high-end, small-ship lifestyle trip and are happy to pay for it. With barely over 250 guests aboard, it suits couples who like a relaxed, social crowd over a party-ship crush, and who care about the destination as much as the nightlife. LLV puts the typical guest age at the mid-30s to early 60s.

Highlights

  • A whole luxury expedition ship, just for couples

Seabourn Pursuit carries just over 250 guests in 132 oceanfront suites, so the vibe is intimate and the pool deck never feels like a stampede. LLV books the full ship for its own crowd.

  • Every suite has a veranda

Even the entry Veranda Suite is roughly 355 sq ft with a private balcony, a living area, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with separate tub and shower. Step up to spa, penthouse and signature suites if you want extra room.

  • Tahiti to Fiji, island by island

Fly into Papeete and sail through French Polynesia toward Nadi in Fiji. The ship carries 24 Zodiacs and an expedition team, so landings go beyond the usual cruise-terminal stops.

  • Open bar, fine dining, Wi-Fi

Premium spirits, fine wines and a welcome champagne are included, along with eight dining experiences, eight bars and lounges, and Wi-Fi in suites and public rooms.

  • Lifestyle programming at night

Expect DJs and live music, LLV entertainment, themed nights, seminars, meet and greets, daytime pool games and a dedicated playroom.

What's included

Veranda Suite at $12,499 per person, plus a one-time $450 per person fee covering port charges, taxes, document and admin fees and prepaid dining and stateroom gratuities. Suites run up to $27,499 per person for the Wintergarden Suite.

She entered service in 2023, carries just over 250 guests in 132 oceanfront veranda suites, and is built to PC6 Polar Class standards. Onboard you get an infinity pool, four whirlpools, a spa and fitness center, the Seabourn Square concierge and coffee bar, an Expedition Lounge, eight dining experiences and eight bars and lounges. The ship also carries 24 Zodiacs, kayaks and two submarines, though submarine and kayak outings cost extra.

Insider tips

  1. Book your suite category early. Cabins are first come, first served, and the cheaper Veranda categories on a 132-suite ship will not last.
  2. Pay attention to the payment calendar. Full payment is due six months before sailing, so the balance date arrives in late October 2026. Booking from here means paying quickly.
  3. Think about how much time you will spend in your suite. Every category has a veranda, and even the entry Veranda Suite has a separate tub and shower, so step up only if you want the extra space, not because you need a balcony.
  4. Pack for heat and for costume nights. Bring swimwear and cover-ups for ports and dining rooms, plus a few real outfits for themed evenings.
  5. Budget for add-ons. Submarine and kayak outings cost extra, so decide before you sail whether either is worth it for you.
  6. Budget for flights. Airfare and transfers are on you, and Tahiti and Fiji flights are not cheap. Set your airfare before the cruise fare.
  7. Take travel insurance. LLV strongly recommends it, and cancellations inside six months of sailing get no refund.

Getting there

The voyage starts in Tahiti and ends in Fiji, so you book flights one way into one airport and out of another.

Fly into Papeete Faa'a International (PPT) in Tahiti. The cruise ends in Nadi, Fiji (NAN).

  • Book open-jaw flights: into Papeete, home from Nadi. A round-trip ticket will cost you more and waste a day.
  • Fly into Tahiti at least a day before sailing. Long-haul flights from the US often land late, and the ship will not wait.
  • LLV is lining up a host hotel for the pre-cruise stay. Ask the team before you book your own room.
  • You need to be onboard 60 minutes before the published sailing time. Complete online check-in five days before you sail, or you will be doing it at the pier two hours early.
