The venue

The takeover runs out of a fully renovated 4-star hotel in the popular downtown Scottsdale district. The organizer rents the entire building, so the lobby, restaurant, bar, pool and ballrooms are all event space. The refresh wrapped up in July 2026 and added a new restaurant and bar to a property that already has a cabana-lined pool.
